At the start of April 2023, Jamescape descended on Liverpool for the 2nd instalment of our annual Company Conference, Scapegoat! Over the weekend staff took part on a variety of sessions about company matters, exisiting projects, planning for new projects and review of completed projects.
The team travelled from as far as Portsmouth and Hampshire to convene at our Liverpool Science Park headquarters, where we were also joined by some staff who will be joining us in the summer, for the event which kicked off on the Saturday morning with a keynote speech. The speech provided updates about the Company, and celebrated our collective successes across the last year, while setting the tone for the next under the conference slogan, "change starts here."
Following the first day of sessions, this year's social activities started with a Ferry 'Cross the Mersey and a walk along the water to New Brighton for a drink before getting the train back to Liverpool and having tea from Bundobust! Shortly after, it was time for the inaugural Scapies: Jamescape's award event to celebrate everyone's work, as well as some slightly less serious awards…
The Scapies also saw the awarding of Service Awards, by the Chief Executive, to the following employees for their time working at Jamescape:

After another day of sessions on the Sunday, everyone had their headshot taken before the 2023 Company Photograph was taken and the conference came to a close. We're really excited for what the next year has in store, particularly on Project Harker, our SaaS platform to solve homelessness with data.
